unbeatable walking distance to iconic venetian landmarks
I had an amazing time exploring the city since the hotel is just a short stroll from both the beautiful Basilica di San Marco and the vibrant Canal Grande, making it super easy to soak in all that Venice has to offer.

There were lovely beds and an electronic key card, a work desk, and satellite TV inside the room. The location for Venice was excellent, very close to the main streets, the bus station and st Marco square and the island.
The staff - some of them were not welcoming at all.

Pleasant staff throughout. Brand-new, beautiful unit with fresh towels, coffee, as for instance.
Not welcoming at all staff!

The canal-side location was perfect. Our family enjoyed the comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning, a relief during the hot summer. Breakfast included a good Hungarian beef stew that set us up nicely for the day ahead. The helpful staff ensured our stay was smooth.

Attentive staff on reception and elsewhere. Booked a large and brand-new room with tea and coffee making facilities and great air con, for example...

The room and bathroom were very small with not enough space to keep our luggage or move around. There was no fridge and the table & cupboard were tiny. Breakfast was below average without even eggs.

Charming traditional hotel with a great canal view room. Not much legroom in the small bathroom though.

I traveled to Venice with my 2 adult children. We chose this hotel mainly because of the rate and not too far from the main attractions. We were very pleased with the hotel....it's location, restaraunt under the canopy, the continental breakfast, the pleasant reception staff at the desk,(able to speak a little English) their ability to make airport water taxi arrangements...was all wonderful. The room was small, very simple but clean, with a big bathroom. The window view was nothing special, looking onto an "alley canal". We ventured into the heart of Venice, getting lost, yet easily able to find our way back. We would highly reccommend this hotel !

The venue was perfect little, I enjoyed the stay and the location was amazing just next door to the attractions. The hotel was located in the middle of the city. Went to La Cantina for drink or two, set at walking distance from the venue. Had an amazing stay here.

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights and really enjoyed the cozy quadruple room overlooking the canal and the delicious breakfast each morning. The hotel had great opportunities to relax, like sipping coffee by the water and enjoying the lovely views. A minor hiccup was the limited hot water at first, but it didn’t ruin our overall experience at all! 😊

great location but prepare for stairs
The location stands out. All major attractions within walking distance. I appreciated the spacious room with a lovely canal view. The continental breakfast was good, with perfect coffee from the machine. Enjoying breakfast while overlooking the water was a treat.

It was in a quiet area, but at the same time not far from shops and restaurants , that were in Strada Nova, that were not expensive as in Piazza San Marco, which was also not far away about 15mins by walk.
The only hassel we had was in the first night , the air condition was not working well , but the next day the owner of the hotel came and fixed it for us.

Location not hard to find between train station and Rialto bridge, near supermarket, a bit far from train station but within a walking distance.
The room I stay was totally different from photos on website, it was very small and not allow to bring food / drink to eat in room. Very bad smell when first entered in to a building (don't know if it's because venice itself locate above canal)
